At Serutox Pty Ltd we believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Please note that no returns will be accepted if post marked later than 60 days following the receipt of your shipment.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon issuing a refund this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit.
